The kitchen is thoughtfully designed to allow 4 people to share their cooking skills with room to spare and is equipped with all of the conveniences to prepare gourmet meals. The Viking gas grill located on the lanai adjacent to the dining area complements the kitchen's equipment. Dine at the dining room table or alfresco on the lanai.

The elegantly furnished living area evokes a feeling of calm and restfulness with soft colors, clean lines, and interesting textures. A half bath off the front hall is convenient for visitors and keeps the bedroom baths very private.

    This unit turned out to be great for us. We were travelling with our two kids, and they enjoyed being able to play on the lawn area outside while we bbqed. Furnishings inside were good. Beds were comfortable and we didn't want for anything. Cute gift upon arrival. Quiet spot and near the gate, which made walking around even easier.

    The condo with 2 master suites was perfect for us and our guests. It provides a lot of privacy and is nicely furnished. We love the Kulalani development with its beautiful pools, grounds and workout facility.

    Everything was as expected, plenty of towels, kitchen was well equipped and in good condition.
    We could have used a couple of extra blankets for the beds.
    The chocolates, coffee, and welcome note were a very nice touch, it was nice to find the cleaning supplies and trash bags necessary.
    Nicely maintained. Good book of instructions and island information.

    Kulalani101 was perfect. The home was spacious. spotless and so comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed to settle in and enjoy many wonderful dinners on the patio. Well located in our personal favourite area of the island. Only a short walk or drive to anything. We were able to settle in and enjoy a worry free vacation.

    This was a great condo for three adults. It had plenty of room for all of us. It is bright and clean. We never saw or heard any neighbors. The amenities are beautiful. We took advantage of the pool and gym daily. It was very close by. Every morning we enjoyed the Kona coffee that was left for us. When we weren't on an excursion we were using the private beach club. It was never crowded, and had excellent snorkeling. A tropical storm was coming in on the last day we were there and we could see the clouds all around us but it was blue skies and sunny at the private beach! We would definitely like to reserve this property the next time we are on the Big Island. We had some issues with the gate access and the property managers responded to emails within the hour.

    We have been staying at the Kulalani for years based on it's location, the two large pools/ hot tubs, gym and private beach club access. Every unit has always been very nice but #101 was exceptional! We stayed for 3 weeks in this unit. The updated stylish decor aligns beautifully with the space making it feel open, calm and relaxed. Zero clutter! We were especially pleased with the comfortable plush quality beds! The layout is ideal with one bedroom upstairs and and one on the main floor (both with huge bathrooms and private decks). Virtually everything we needed was in the condo and Carole was simply outstanding in following through with a few necessary extra's! We will make our plans next year based around availability of this specific unit! As a side note the Mauna Lani Sports Club is just around the bend and has a range of excellent spinning, Pilates and yoga classes which can be a rewarding way to start the day before laying on the beach!
