Na Hale O Keauhou, a private enclave of newer town homes, is ideally situated within a gated neighborhood in Keauhou, just 4.5 miles south of the pier in Kailua-Kona. It offers a quiet retreat as well as easy access to all the delights of this historic Big Island setting. This vacation home, number F6, is a beautiful town home in the perfect location for your relaxing getaway. With over 1700 square feet plus two ocean view lanais, there is a wealth of space for families to spread out and enjoy their privacy as well as warm and inviting living spaces in which to gather and savor the joy of sharing time together. This unit is located on the secluded north east side of the neighborhood and is very quiet.

The main level includes a thoughtfully designed kitchen, open living and dining areas which flow onto the covered lanai with a grassy area beyond. A guest bedroom suite with a comfortable double bed and full bath, and a utility area with washer and dryer complete the lower level. The full-sized washer and dryer make it easy to care for your family’s needs. All the linens, laundry soaps, kitchen supplies, and paper goods for your stay will be furnished for your convenience.

The master bedroom suite on the second level features a California King bed, ceiling fan, dual sinks, a separate soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, and walk-in closet. For safety and accessibility, handicapped bars have been installed in the master and downstairs showers. All baths are equipped with higher toilet seats for handicapped accessibility. The upper level guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed and private bath.

The Na Hale Amenity Center, which is located just a short walk from the home, features a free-form freshwater lagoon style solar heated pool and spa, an exercise room, and a BBQ pavilion. Walk just up the hill to the fabulous Shops at Keauhou for your morning coffee or a delicious dinner. Groceries, movies, shopping, and services are available at the shops! Enjoy the Farmer's Market each Saturday morning and pick up fresh vegetables and fruits for your dinner. Famous Kahaluu Snorkeling Beach Park is just .75 miles from the unit.

    My husband and I stayed at a different unit in 2017 and loved it so much that we decided to stay again. When we arrived to the condo and opened the door it was breathtaking. The view from the lower level was minimal as far as seeing the ocean and mountains and when sitting on the lower lanai you are surrounded by the other units. We felt we had to whisper when talking because the next door units windows were on our Lanai. The view we have though was beautiful and you can see the lights of Kona at night and cruise ship when it's there. Ocean view, just from far away. The lanai off of the master bedroom has a much better view but we were disappointed that the only furniture on it was a lounge chair, not enough seating for the 2 of us. Loved the very large slider, but we had to draw the blinds at night because of all the bright lights on the garages of the surrounding units, they literally shine in your eyes like a flashlight. That alone is our only real extreme dislike and actual complaint about this unit. Maybe the solution is simple, move the bed? The rest of the minor things like hand prints on the Windows and a lot of dirt between the windows when we opened them were noticed but no big deal. It's still paradise and the good outweighed the minimally bad.
    The managers were great, very quick to respond when we noticed there was a broken toilet seat and did replace it a few days later.
    The pool and hot tub are amazing and most days we had it to ourselves at sunset. So beautiful.
    Overall, the unit suited our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

    I would return to this condo without hesitation and have already recommended it to my brother for an upcoming trip to the Big Island. It is newer than most, very clean, well-stocked, quiet and spacious. Each room has its own bathroom, so it could work for up to three couples easily.

    The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor worked well for my 89-year old father who doesn't like climbing up and down stairs. The other two suites are upstairs. The master bedroom and bathroom are HUGE. Two rooms have walk-in closets, too (although who needs more than shorts and t-shirts in Hawaii!)

    Na Hale is a beautiful resort. There is a nice swimming pool and a small workout room available. The location is very convenient to the Keauhou Shopping Center, where we could easily pick up groceries or grab a meal.

    Kahaluu Beach Park, a popular snorkeling spot, is just half a mile away from Na-Hale.

    The condo owners have provided several shelves of guidebooks to the flora, fauna, and history of the island. There is also a large inventory of DVD's available should you get stuck inside on a rainy day.

    The property manager Carole could not be more organized and responsive. Her directions and communications were very clear and thoughtful.

    I am hard-pressed to think of any downsides to this condo. I guess if you want some night life, you might want to stay closer to downtown Kailua-Kona. But I much prefer the less-crowded feel on the Keauhou side of town.

    We have just spent the last 18 days at unit F6. It was wonderful right from the start.

    Our plane was pretty late but being able to grab the keys at the unit was a huge advantage for us. The welcome basket with the Coffeé was also much needed the next morning.

    This unit was different than others we have stayed at as it was much better equipped for our needs. We brought some cooking supplies with us but I was very pleased that consumable items like sugar, oil and some spices were in the unit.

    We also enjoyed the bbq at the pool area and never really had any waits to use it even though there was only one available. Some units have them on the decks reducing the demand.

    Our three kids used the pool every day and it was great that there were two beaches within three minutes and one was ideal for snorkeling and one for boogie boards. They also enjoyed the movies in the unit.

    I appreciated how clean the unit was, and more importantly so was my wife.

    The management even allowed for a late check out as our plane wasn’t leaving until midnight which was awesome.

    I definitely recommend this unit for any age group.

    My family and I had a wonderful stay in the Na Hale F6 unit. It was very spacious and well equipped with even things I didn't know existed (breakfast sandwich press). The short walk to the snorkeling beach was perfect for us. Magic beach can be walked to as well if you don't mind a little walk. Grocery shopping was nearby as well, so if you don't want to drive, you can stay put! But it was also well situated to reach attractions around the island and it was nice and quiet.

    Our family of four adults enjoyed this condo during the Christmas holidays. We had a special greeting from Carol when we arrived-loved the coffee! The condo was clean with all upscale amenities and was the most spacious 3 bedroom with bath condo we have rented in the area. The snorkeling beach was close by as was the shopping center but while at the condo we enjoyed a bit of Paradise! We were especially pleased to use the garage for our snorkeling and diving equipment.

    From arranging the rental to our stay the management company were very professional and answered all our queries quickly. Six of us stayed for the Ironman (2 couples and mum/son) and whilst it wasn't central Kona it was close enough as we hired a car but could then retreat back when we wanted quiet. The condo had everything we needed and more! The snorkelling gear and body boards in the garage were very useful for the beach! Having use of the resort pool and BBQ was good. We totally recommend this condo, it is big enough for a group to join in together or have your own time out. We would certainly return!

    I rented the condo for three weeks and found it to be very comfortable. The location was good and Carol responded quickly to any questions I had. The unit was very clean and extremely quiet.     My wife and I stayed 14 nights in this exceptional townhouse in Keauhou. Nice sunset views from upstairs. Bedrooms upstairs (guest downstairs) meant no noise from neighbors.
